Terms of Stay, Refunds & Cancellation
All bookings are subject to the following terms. Please read carefully before confirming your reservation.
Terms of Stay
- Minimum stay is 1 night. Long-stay discounts available from 7 nights onwards.
- Check-in: 12:00 PM · Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early/late check-in subject to availability.
- Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
- Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment in the same condition as at check-in. Damages will be charged separately.
- Smoking, loud music, and parties are strictly not permitted on the premises.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Full refund of advance paid.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before check-in: 50% of the booking amount is retained.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows: full first night's tariff is charged; no refund on advance.
- Early departures after check-in are treated as standard checkout. No refund for unused nights.
- To cancel, contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone. Cancellation is confirmed only upon written acknowledgement from Royal Homes.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- A security deposit (if collected) is refunded within 48 hours of check-out after property inspection.
- Refunds will not be issued for any services rendered, housekeeping charges, or utilities consumed during stay.
- In case of a property issue caused by Royal Homes, guests will be offered alternate accommodation or a full refund at their choice.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka courts.
Note: Royal Homes reserves the right to modify these policies. Any changes will be communicated at the time of booking. For custom terms on long stays (> 30 nights) or corporate arrangements, please contact us directly.
